For packages exceeding 6 hours, we’ll arrange an in-person meeting over coffee to discuss your plans and ensure everything aligns perfectly. This gives us a chance to get to know each other. For packages under 6 hours, we offer a convenient 30-minute video call.

DO YOU DO DESTINATION WEDDINGS?

Absolutely! We’re equipped to handle destination weddings with ease.

HOW DO WE CONFIRM OUR BOOKING?

Your booking becomes official upon receipt of the deposit payment.

WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE?

We adopt a photojournalistic approach, capturing your day as it unfolds naturally with minimal intervention.

CAN WE BUILD A CUSTOM SELECTION FOR DIFFERENT HOURS FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS AND VIDEOGRAPHERS?

We offer multiple payment options, including bank transfer, credit card, or direct debit payment plans. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR US TO SEE OUR MEDIA?

You can expect to receive your media within approximately 6 weeks, depending on our workload.

HOW IS THE HANDOVER OF MEDIA DONE?

We deliver your media digitally via our website and provide a USB for your convenience.

WILL I HAVE ALL MY MEDIA ON OUR GLEN COCO WEB ACCOUNT?

Certainly! You’ll have access to a password-protected account containing all your media.

CAN WE GET THE RAW PHOTOS AND/OR FOOTAGE?

As we pride ourselves on delivering a polished final product, we don’t release raw photos or footage.

CAN WE CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR OUR WEDDING FILM?

We’ll curate the soundtrack from your wedding or select royalty-free music that complements your story without risking any copyright issues.

BUT WHAT ABOUT THE SONGS PLAYING AT OUR WEDDING?

Rest assured, we’ll capture these moments and include them in your full-length wedding video.

DO WE HAVE TO PROVIDE A MEAL FOR THE GLEN COCO CREW?

Yes, please! A meal ensures our team remains energised and focused throughout the day.

WE HAVE CULTURAL CONSIDERATIONS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT WITH OUR WEDDING – CAN YOUR TEAM ACCOMMODATE THIS?

DO YOU OFFER ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?

Yes, we offer engagement sessions as standalone sessions. It’s a great opportunity for us to get to know each other before the big day!

CAN WE REQUEST SPECIFIC SHOTS OR POSES?

Absolutely! We encourage you to share any specific shots or poses you have in mind. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests and capture your vision.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOUR SERVICES?

We recommend booking our services as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so it’s best to reserve your spot well in advance.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our cancellation policy stipulates that if the wedding is canceled, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. Additionally, rescheduling the wedding date within the 6 months leading up to the event will also result in forfeiture of the deposit.
