How do I choose and change my video?

– All you need to do is plug the frame into your laptop or PC and you can easily upload the video of your choice (as if it was a USB or hard drive).

How long can the video be?

– Your video can be up to 15 minutes long!

How does it work?

– Our motion video frames have a built-in lithium battery and an HD LCD display that allows you to upload and play your favorite memory endlessly on loop.

Does it need to be plugged in and how long does the charge last?

– Yes! When the frame is fully charged it will have a battery life of 2-3 hours. However, you can simply plug the USB cable (included in the package) into your computer or AU powerpoint (included in the package) and it will allow your frame to stay on 24/7!

Does the frame have sound?

– It sure does! You have the option to add sound to your video. We do like to let our customers know to keep in mind that since your video will be on loop 24/7 the sound will also be on loop, which may take away the importance from the replaying memory!

How long does it take to ship my order?

– Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days from your order date.

How long does shipping take?

– Given the current pandemic, we are aiming to have your products to you in 6-13 business days from order shipment date, however, we have been experiencing some delays that extend these estimates slightly.

What is your returns policy?

– Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
